It’s that time of year again where a certain amount of us get heavily involved in a sport we don’t even follow. Well i see it as an excuse to try out some new cocktails we haven’t made before.
Touchdown Turkey

- Wild Turkey
Glass: Old Fashioned or Rocks
Garnish: Cranberries , Rosemarysprig
Serve Wild Turkey 101 on the rocks. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Fourth and Long
- 1 oz. Wild Turkey 101
- 3/4 oz. Wild Turkey 81
- 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Aperol
- 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously and serve in a high ball glass. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Halftime Refresher

- 2 parts Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur
- 1 part vanilla vodka
Glass: Old Fashioned or Rocks
Garnish: Fresh Cherries
Shake with ice and strain over one large cube into a chilled rocks glass. Top up with soda and garnish with fresh cherries.
La Nouvelle-Orléans

- 2 parts Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur
- 2 parts smooth light Tequila
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
Glass: Old Fashioned or Rocks
Garnish: Basil leaf
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice or a chilled coupe (optional salt-rim). Garnish with basil.
The Champion Toasts
- 3 oz chilled Croft PINK Port
- 4 oz Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut
- .5 oz Cointreau
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1 lemon twist
Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Pour all ingredients into a Champagne flûte and give a quick stir. Garnish with the lemon twist.
